Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility & Timeline

We accept returns for manufacturer defects or if the item is not right for you within 14 days of delivery. Please note that earrings are non-returnable and non-refundable due to hygiene reasons. Items must be returned with the original tag intact, as products without a tag or with a visibly damaged tag will not qualify for replacement or refund. Once approved, refunds are processed within 10–15 business days, and depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

2. Authorization Before Return

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us before sending your item back, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned in their original, unworn, unaltered condition with tags, packaging, and documentation intact. Items that are worn, resized, or damaged will not be eligible. Shipping fees are non-refundable once your order has shipped.

4. Return Inspection

All returned products are inspected within 5–7 business days. If the item is deemed defective, we will process a free exchange or refund. We closely monitor transactions to prevent misuse of our return policy.

5. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Our team processes refunds within 10–15 business days, and depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 2–10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

6. Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. For high-value jewelry items, we recommend using an insured, trackable courier service. In select cases, we may provide an insured return label. Please note, Heeva Jewelix is not liable for items lost during return shipment.

7. Return Updates

We keep you informed every step of the way. You’ll receive email updates once your return is received, inspected, and processed.
